Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping:

Orders ship out 1-3 business days from receipt of order if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, the item ships 1-3 business days from restock date.

Shipping time of the item is 1-7 business days depending on location.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Returns:

We accept returns only if the wrong item was sent or if the item was damaged prior to shipment or defective.

Return instructions and policies:

Buyer to email us within 24 hours of delivery of item. Buyer to provide picture of item and any damage to customerservice@spiritualcocaine.com If approved, buyer will be contacted and asked to return item within 5 business days. Item must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that item was sent to the buyer in. If all this criteria is met, a replacement item will be sent. Should we not approve the return and item is sent to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to receive the item back.

 

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges for size if a replacement item is available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and cost to resend item.
